About and How We Verify

What this site is

Ohio Poker Network is an independent guide to live poker in Ohio: casino poker rooms, poker clubs, their tournament listings, and their promotions.

It is not affiliated with any casino, club, or tour. It does not run games, take tournament entries, or handle money.

Where facts come from

Each fact is read from the venue's own website or printed schedule. When a venue publishes only through its own PokerAtlas listing, the fact is labeled as a room-managed PokerAtlas listing rather than an official site.

Every listing and room detail shows its source and the date it was checked, in Eastern Time.

Unknown and conflicting details

If a venue does not publish a detail, such as an address, fee, table count, or guarantee, the page says it is not yet verified or not posted. Nothing is filled in from another venue, another state, or an estimate.

When a venue's own sources disagree, the conflicting value or listing is left out until the venue confirms which is right.

Tournament dates

Tournaments are listed for specific dates inside the window that was checked. A listing disappears after its date ends at midnight Eastern, and weekly schedules are not projected beyond the checked window.

A venue with no listings may still run tournaments; it means no current schedule has been verified.

Venue types

“Casino poker room” and “Poker club” describe a venue the way its own source does. They are not statements about any venue's legal or regulatory status.

Coverage

Not every Ohio poker venue is listed yet. Venues are added only after their current sources are checked. Promotions appear only once verified.

Details change often. Confirm with the venue before you travel.
